📍Wutai Shan Buddhist Garden Finally checked out this place and the energy was strong! Calmed our minds and soul with the sound bath meditation 🧘🏻♀️ The monk also shared a mini loving and compassion prayer that we can say to ourselves and for the world: “May we be well. May we be healthy. May we be peaceful.” 😌
