When I ask myself the question of “what do I want to do long-term?” The answer is always pretty simple: “live in a nice place, do sports, have a good time with friends & cool drop-ins (and enable others to do or create the same with the same enthusiasm).” I think I gotta open a cool sports club with gym, padel & football, including a hangout place for myself, my friends, club members and drop-ins. That could definitely be turned into a bigger offering with additional (3rd party) locations & city shops that sell organic food/juices, nutritional powerbars, great supplements and cool merch. And I’d love the challenge, want to see if I can pull it off but I’m not sure if more locations, a potentially bigger financial success would give me more satisfaction than just 1 single amazing place where I spend quality time. #outperformerclub

Owning is cool. But you know what’s cooler. Being a member and have 0 custodial responsibilities. 🤣🤣 Word on this mantra though 🫡 Less material. More ephemeral life.

100% (if the place is perfect, accessible, doesn’t limit you and you can just enjoy the moment) I think everyone wants to have some security, ownership at some point. But many take it too far. I thought at some point I should own an apartment in all my favorite cities but now I’m literally thinking why even own 1/2 when you can rent cheap and go wherever you want without thinking about the rest. (Having base income/money to live off, or a place as an investment is obv not a bad thing)
