The brasserie is being taken over by US cuisine poke bowls, hot dogs etc... There has been a resurgence to keep it alive and going. Our good friend has 3 of them, Biche has a lovely terrace for big groups so it makes for a good time while enjoying traditional food. We shared côte du bœuf and agneau (cooked over 36 hours).
