America was bought and sold, it's a subsidiary at this point. You ever see that movie Goodfellas? We are at the part where the restaurant that turned to the Mob gets torched after everything was stolen out of the back. I'm not sure there is any going back, the concepts behind America as a political entity are antiquated, Liberalism (like Communism) is an industrial era utopian vision, that doesn't make any sense in today's world, which is how we ended up with this unintelligible sort of fascist surveillance state/mafia hybrid that is global even if implemented differently in different areas. I can't even tell how many different Mobs there are.

Yeah. It's a toughie. I'm trying to have a little faith, "Trust in emergence" as Aethernet says. Thing is, there are a bunch of ideas and techs and movements that are struggling to be born that could change the score, but it's real late in the game.
