Take care of your eyes! the radiation from gadgets affects our circadian rhythms. we get a lot of light, which makes our biological clocks think it’s still daytime, even at night, and as a result, we don’t produce enough melatonin for a good night’s sleep. ❗️If you’re worried about your vision and feel your eyes getting tired after a day on the computer or smartphone, here are some tips to follow: 🔹The 20-20-20 rule says that after 20 minutes of screen time, you should look at something 20 feet (about 6 meters) away for 20 seconds. 🔹Adjust your workspace so that your eyes are about 50 cm away from the screen. Position the screen so you’re looking slightly down at it. 🔹Use a matte filter on your screen to reduce glare. 🔹Use moisturizing eye drops when your eyes feel too dry.
