2. Get Moving! Do some push-ups, pull-ups, squats, or crunches. You can also wake yourself up with a quick cold shower—your body will get the energy boost it needs! 3. Do Nothing 🙅 Just sit there and do absolutely nothing. Don’t watch TV, don’t listen to music, don’t read—N-O-T-H-I-N-G! It’s a great way to clear your mind.
