The ‘follow your passion’ advice is terrible for 99% of people. Most passions don’t pay bills. Find something you’re decent at that pays well, then use that money to fund your actual interests.

I follow what drives me and you’re right most of the time my bills have not been paid with the easiest of ways / times but I do what I can. 

I just have high conviction that what I am passionate about will yield a large boon and then the years of struggle will be flipped with years I can help someone else get there in less time than it took me.

Yes, you are definitely right! For my 30 years, I've also heard a lot of shit in my direction that I won't succeed and in general I'm doing the wrong thing, even the closest people didn't provide any support and faith. Yes, it was difficult, very difficult, but I clearly understood that this is my life and I want and will do what I like and what I sincerely love! Therefore, do not worry if you do not receive support or you do not succeed in something, I know only one thing that faith in yourself and in your work will definitely lead you to success!
