353 km ✦ 7847 altitude meters ✦ 18 hours total time and definitely the most heat I've ever experienced while cycling for sure 🔥 but oh boy this event was so lovely. great people, awesome vibe, super cool challenge and also delicious home made italian food 🤌🏼 definitely will go next year again! here are some random shots.

… and back home via passo del bernina. gosh this one was so looooooong and hot. we took like 3 times a deep in rivers or mountain lakes.

I haven't specifically prepared, beside of doing a longer loop with enough elevation a week before tbh. But in general I ride 2-3 shorter rides per week, and 1-2 longer rides (above 100km) and 1-2 times strength training in the fitness, mostly core and upper body.

That is crazy. Congratz! The distance I can imagine but almost 8k in elevation... This is wild.
