First day in almost 2-3 weeks where the dew point isn't above 20c at 7am in the morning. Been slacking on speed work as a result and it's been so good to run faster again. 😍

This week here in northern Italy the temp at 6:00am was above 25c. Yesterday it was already 27.7 🥵

Better metric to determine enjoyment of run for me vs measuring temp or humidity separately. :)

Dew point is at what temp the air is unable to retain more water vapor (humidity + temp). For exercise it impacts your ability to sweat. High dew points are muggy/hot and unable to sweat vs hot/dry weather where you're still able to sweat.

Is the dew point how you typically describe humidity levels? Never heard that before.

We finally had a break in our humidity, followed by a much needed rainstorm.
