Bought my first ipad as a macbook replacement for travel as I'm mostly writing these days. Unless you are coding, feels like it can actually replace everything else. Still finding navigating it a bit clunky, but otherwise, it works well.

The split screen function was a huge level up.

Iโve gone 100% iPad since a few years back, also for coding! It takes a bit of work to create the right workflows, but to me itโs so much nicer than macOS! https://warpcast.com/clun.eth/0xce5e8a1e

I tried replacing my MacBook but alas the desktop experience on an iPad is very much clunky and not at all useable. I personally use my iPad for drawing and MacBook for everything else like 3D design, figma, video editing, etc that an iPad simply canโt do.
