Being regular with self development routines is the most effective form of therapy Try these: - yoga (or your fav type of exercise, walking counts too!) - sauna - guided meditation - journaling Keep doing any of those regularly for at least 2 weeks and you will see improvement!

I’m go to yoga at 1-2x a week and after 3 weeks of regular classes I feel improvement. I journal once per week/ bi-weekly. I do 10mins guided meditation on simple habit app after waking up - not daily but few times a week, especially when I need some grounding.
