We're noticing more gaming on the leaderboard. 

Will be making some algo changes this week to address voting rings and  similar coordinated behavior to game the leaderboard.

Thanks to everyone who reported these issues.

We chatted about the leaderboard a lot last night and many folks noticed shenanigans. Glad to see the team taking action. 

But if the leaderboard isn’t sparking joy, turn off the notifications. The points are made up and are not your worth or the value of your content.

some user's spam label 2 but 
 leaderboard position never changes always showing as <500.

I like to travel, and during my breaks, I sleep a lot. I also love watching movies and am a big fan of $degen 🎩🚶🏻

I see this too. Could be they they don’t earn enough points. Could be they their spam labels has changed in between updates. Could be an issue with their account. No perfect way to tell. 

The best way is for them to comment on a non channel cast and see how it’s displayed. That’s the only true test.

Your spam label does not determine your video upload privledges. 

I know that’s adding to the confusion and some people think their account is broken because they can’t upload video, but this is not true. Read below for more info.

I can troubleshoot the issue better when a channel isn’t involved.

By "non channel" she meant you shouldn't cast on channels at all, and that you engage with cast that ain't casted on channels, hope you understand?
