If anyone is bulking, here’s a drink which you should definitely try: - 2 bananas - 30g isolated whey (or your preferred) - 1 or 2 Fig Fruit - Melon Seeds - White Sesame Seeds - Pumpkin Seeds - Sunflower Seeds - 1 teaspoon of Cacao Powder (make sure to check for heavy metals) - Milk Blend all this together and top it at last with Chia Seeds. Rich in protein, nutrients and minerals, and damn tasty😋

I make this everyday after gym as a protein smoothie and instead of cow milk I use almond milk. damn good!

That's really cool. I create this as an evening snack, it works till dinner time. Also, should I try Almond Milk? Are there any additional benefits?

It’s just lower in calories. you can add any you prefer. I sometimes add avacado & berries too
