I wish I could link my mini app that I’m building on my profile just like we have the capability of setting a profile token. I was at an event tonight meeting tons of people. Sharing all about Farcaster and Giftr. People naturally connect with me and then they search Giftr to only find the profile of the handle. I know the mini app is searchable too but they don’t scroll down once they see the handle. Eventually someone clicked the link in my bio www.heygiftr.com where they then clicked the button from my website to open the mini app. The path from interest to mini app is clunky AF. Builders are proud of what they are working on. At least I am. Would love to show off my work by having a link to my mini app easily accessible from my profile. Is there a suggestion box somewhere?

Maddening Similar experience. Even in a cast people see the url & tap it instead do the embed 🤦 I did end up putting the launch url in my profile website link so at least that opens the miniapp instead of the website of the miniapp.

If you put your real farcaster-assigned miniapp url in your profile (or in @giftr profile) it will open up the miniapp, not the website :) Alternatively, you can put a button on your homepage when the code detect it’s no a miniapp that directs user to the url i mentioned or to a pinned cast with the miniapp rendered :)

yeah I've been suggesting we should have >giftr for miniapps We already have @ $ # / for hotlinks, having one for miniapps seems like a nobrainer, and > seems like a great choice to me
