contemplating taking creatine & going from scrawny back to big in 50 days flat once you’ve been big, it comes back quickly, especially if you know what you’re doing re compounds & diet — i’ve done it twice before but do you know how much work that is? i’d have to force feed 5k calories a day at a minimum & sleep 10 hours… zero alcohol… even worse, i’d have to squat at least 3x a week… 🤢 the thought of force feeding & squatting makes me violently nauseous — absolute despise, but the only way… like squatting fucking sucks; even more than your 6th daily egg on a 98 degree day either way, i’m at that point now where i need to start proactively fighting entropy… guess ive answered my own question (aimless basil walking thoughts… pls disregard)

Im all about big... aerobic and anaerobic with a small dose of lifting. The shear number of lifters that opt out of the cardio side of things blows my mind. Like... nice bro you can bench 2x your body weight but you have a resting HR in the 60s or worst 70s. I like to escape danger not fight it.

i usually walk 4miles at 4mph at 4% incline each day — it’s like my max — anything more, like HIIT, and i can’t keep weight on, let alone build muscle right now, i only do yoga with some light body weight workouts i will probably cut cardio to 1.5-2 miles a day, introduce calisthenics with body weight, then big compounds, then slowly work into low rep powerlifts stability, flexibility & balance first + lots of calories before any big lifts
