Whats with all the running content from everyone lately? The shear amount slow ppl commenting on their running outfits on my feed needs to stop.

That is my gut coming from a cycling but that is what a smart trainer comes in... but also unless you have quick access to uninterrupted running it seems moot. 

the folks fit maxing for a 25 minute run seem like an efficiency problem.. certainly not getting any serious aerobic fitness from it :)

haha I'm digging it lately! Mostly the time efficient workouts for me.

I've heard run clubs are a great way to get started 😂
