Yea, so you can quickly design a whitelabel frontend for any contract without writing Javascript (if you don't want to).

Universal frontend on https://monobase.xyz/ will already generate a nice frontend for all functions of a contract. I’m curious how the hackathon idea above differs from it?

What if I don't want all the functions? What if I want 3 functions, with a logo and a few paragraphs of instructions? What if I want it to be yellow? What if I want it to be hosted on my own domain, or generated locally? Etc.

More abstractly: There is a continuum between a bespoke frontend and an Etherscan-style full ABI explorer. We need more things in-between.

💯 agree. Was thinking of adding more customization like this to universal frontend on monobase. Can even OSS relevant parts if you want to collaborate (I’ve changed my mind since we last spoke about this😁)
