AGI will be built by the teams who are working to build AGI

If you're building an AI workflow SaaS then you're building that. Not AGI. Your day-to-day reality is serving users and use cases.

If you're building AGI, your day-to-day is thinking about how the system can build itself.

All that matters mid-term is perception of AGI which is very doable. By perception, I mean it seems magical and accomplishes everything we could expect, but software is creating the perception, not actual AGI. 

Pretty confident the real deal comes with quantum and then all of reality is shattered.

Unfortunately this is a harsh truth that many are not prepared for.

This distinction is so important. Tools serve people—AGI builds possibility itself

Whats your take on agents existing before AGI does? Seems like many teams embellish what an agent really is. It’s an LLM workflow. To be truly autonomous, don’t we need AGI?
