We got our boys to ride bikes by paying them in screen time 1min on bike = 2min of screen time It has worked too well I now can’t find them half the day, they are just biking around the neighborhood all day knocking on doors

I used to do this with my son as well. in the winter, he would earn time on the treadmill. it feels like my daughter works out 6 hrs a day all ready
