i did meet my professional intentions, which was starting strong on my internship.. didn’t miss a day even when i so bad wanted to today. i didn’t meet my personal intentions though, couldn’t get the time to juggle with my internship.. i’ve got some changes to do

I’m gonna try to wake up early and get more time in my day, that way, i will be able to get my personal intentions done within the time Have you had a situation where you needed more time in the day and how did you change things up too

waking up early sometimes helps (it’s usually a temporary bandaid tho bc you get tired/less effective if you’re not going to bed earlier too) the biggest thing is saying no to nonessential things and then staying disciplined about those things. if you’re already fully locked in, it might make sense to scope down the goals

ngl, i haven’t slept well in days too and would love to change that too the problem is i don’t even have any nonessential thing i’m doing rn… i barely even go out and have fun… lol i’m planning on starting gym next week, that’s another thing that’s gonna take my time so going to the gym, internship, warpcast and the personal intent is reading books. i’m gonna have to set time for all of this and see how it goes

Real talk, I’ve found an hour by hour accounting of my time to be really useful for seeing if there are things that suck up more than I expect (unsurprisingly phone screen time is a big sneaky time suck)

i mostly get up at 6 feed cats + prep for gym in gym at 7- 8/8:30 work after that til 10 sync w my partner work 10-1 walk 1:30/2 - 5 work nother sync if it's normal day then organize til 6 then off time/chores if it's late day (2x a week) then eat around 6, work til 10/11
