Embracing curly natural hair is actually A LOT of work!! Especially if you are active. The curlier and shorter it is the more intense the ringlets which means even more work to style on top of care. Not impossible but still

you look like a 2b/2c (curl pattern). might be proper 2c if you use products. you just need 2 things. a good leave in + a good gel. for anti frizz, look at gel ingredients. it just needs to have this one thing called polyquaternium. that's what helps w frizz but different products work differently for people. happy to send product recs if you ever decide to give it a go.

My advice for all curly/wavy just non pin-straight hair is: 1) identify your curl pattern(s) 2) determine the porosity of your hair 3) learn your hair texture 4) research products, read the ingredients, consider the formulation. Knowing 1-3 will help you weed out products that you should not use before you waste $. Anti-frizz tools that are not specific to hair type include: specialty hair brushes and dryers that smooth frizz using ions. after selecting your products, you’ll likely want to do the curly girl hair plop method. XL shirts from crypto conferences are great for this! Information is power. The truth is most beauty, hair, makeup, skincare products can’t be one size fits all. The brands that have invested in scientific innovation that truly cater to the vast majority of people are expensive (and rightfully so). There are also tons of brands that rely on marketing/brand power and not on quality products. Doing the research urself is important to not waste time/$ Hope this helps :)
