Gmatcha! Nothing like an afternoon shot of matcha and love to keep me going Matcha from marukyu koyamaen! They steam freshly picked tea leaves and dry without rolling. Then stalks and veins are removed and the remaining leaf tissue is ground into powder (matcha) by stone mill. Highly recommend!
