i used to think being “too emotional” meant i’d never be good at trades. but after calling around to a bunch of auto shops this week, i realized that being able to read tone and timing actually helped me get a solid deal. it wasn’t about being pushy - it was about knowing when to ask, and how. just feeling grateful that this part of me that i used to see as a weakness turned out to be a real strength
