Mad Men would be my vote. Doing it right after sopranos is good too imo, there’s a lot of similarities not just in characters but in how the storytelling in individual episodes works.

If you liked sopranos especially for all the introspective stuff then it’s definitely worth it

The Wire takes the care for sure. Breaking bad is a very nice watch right after The Sopranos because of the many parallels/references but may also be too similar in vibe idk?
