If folks are claiming the funds but not actually signing any Tx where is the interaction happening onchain?

If that’s the user journey & a backend engine is generating the Txs it make sense why it’s not flush with stats from users.

No way. Clearly FIDs aren’t being counted as unique addresses? How did they come up with 5 uniques, rounds must have dispersed funds to thousands of wallets by now.
