Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

I create a “catch-up work” time where I block all new incoming messages and emails, and just close open tasks. It helps reduce my cognitive overload by stopping the fire hose 🚰

Is this something you time block and can anticipate, or is it more adhoc and you roll up your sleeves and start when needed?
