being used to capcut and being a relative beginner i find it a bit difficult (like i miss the drag and drop functions) but i'll get on with it! thanks for the recommendation 🌶️

there is some kind drag and drop for media, or do you mean of capcut-native footage? if you want, u can tell me everything you need to do (like tools etc) and i can gather everything i know thats relevant and make a mini spicy lesson🌶️

oh wow, thank you so much for offering this!! what i meant for example was that in capcut you can drag an overlaid video across the screen/preview to position it where you want it to be. on davinci you use the x and y axis input fields! but overall it's straightforward so far. I'm creating short-form videos with some cool (basic) effects like overlays, transitions, weird and crazy captions. if you have some fav tutorials i;d love to check them out!

there is actually a trick around that i figured it some days ago! its not exactly the same but if you enable the transform viewer overlay you move it around wherever you want, and if u select the crop then u drag the edges and you can crop whatever part ill gather all tutorials i found useful soon and send u a playlist! let me go check if u shared the cooking, ive been so out of the loop
