Doing some baseline testing as I start my rebuild now. The good news…my speed is still there. Im feeling orders of magnitude better than when I first became symptomatic. The bad news…my endurance is dogshit. Strange news…my heart rate has been remarkably low for the given efforts. Screen shot is from a steady uphill running segment where I like to test VO2 max efforts. I had a personal best on it today, and the fastest time on Strava for that segment in over a decade (3rd best all time.) New goal it to set the KOM on this segment. Time to build the endurance now. 📊 Just scored 7 points for fitness data on @griv! eees

Man, I really don’t know. Only accurate way to know is a lab test. Garmin watches do an estimate that are somewhat accurate, but I think it overestimates mine. This is what my garmin says

even if that are overestimated by just a little those are incredible scores! trying to get mine up, but I find it a struggle to move the needle a lot

I used to a lot more but am getting back into it after not running for a while. I was riding bikes more because I enjoyed it more. I guess I need to do more of it
