Tried out a geometry nodes waves tutorial from Cartesian Caramel with flasks. I lowered the Cycles settings to render it faster, so I might upload a better version in the future with higher light path settings & glass sound effects.

Let me know if it helps make the glass more realistic. I am not sure how applicable it is to geo node made flasks but I believe it shoudl be working.
