Teams often in startups focus on moving fast and shipping fast But is this the right way of moving forward? Is your project solid from the ground up? How much time do you then allocate to technical debt?

Focusing on growth still helps as a north star for addressing tech debt. if you're focused on growing fast eventually your tech debt ends up being one of the bottlenecks and you address it. If the debt isn't bad enough to address then you either have no users or it's not actually bad debt.
