Yeah, Oscar is still very young, and it’s true that this year will definitely be a tough lesson if he really loses the WDC. But we don’t know whether McLaren will have another chance to lead next year with the new car regulations.

It's not a fumble. It's a learning experience. This guy is young, only his thrid season in F1. Being in that title fight brings insane pressure. He is now learning how to deal with that, and will only come out stronger after it.

He needs a bit of a miracle to keep Lando out of the points(or low points finish) in the next race and take the win. A 24-point gap is pretty big with only three races left, but it would make the last two really exciting if Lando finishes outside the points next race.

Let’s see if Las Vegas can give him some hope. I think historically Lando hasn’t performed well in that track
