Running

Since June 23, 2023, I've run at least a mile every day. 
Some days I run longer.
But never shorter.

Today was Day 622. 

Light rain and cold wind. A small ache in my right foot, probably because of a much longer run from a couple days ago.

Ran the minimum, but nonetheless ran.

Building /streme. Wanna be the very best. ゼニゼニ

How can i start?? Any tips for beginners?

I think i lack motivation for sure for running.

@andidandy would know better than I for beginners

for me, it just took a little bit of motivation to start and then a lot of not forgetting to run (+ a few tortured days where I forced myself through illness or injury)
