A good sign America’s nuclear comeback: Europe’s uranium enrichment giant just opened its first new centrifuge in over a decade. Urenco, the British-German-Dutch nuclear fuel consortium, said its next expansion of its production line in the U.S. is coming in 2027. CEO Boris Schucht called today’s announcement “great news” for “US society.”
