Hi! Been MIA for a minute unplugging and recalibrating but I’m very happy to be back and feeling better. 

Things have been a little overwhelming recently and I’m working hard to not let it get the best of me. 

Taking a week off from work and spending some time with family in Canada - touching grass and going slowly and putting my feet in the kiddie pool. 

I hope you’ve all been doing well and are taking care of yourselves and making time for slow sweet things.
