I haven’t used melatonin before so can’t speak on that. I’ll normally try to sleep see how it goes and if I wake up at a weird time take half or full sleeping pill (10 mg pretty minor)

Also makes the flight there and back much easier. If you tell your Dr you’re traveling internationally they’ll almost definitely give you a short term prescription

I had melatonin to sleep but it’s been waking me up at odd hours.

One of the only times I’ll engage big pharma is getting sleeping pills for international travel, in my experience well worth it
