Building /veil -- ZK Privacy Protocol for Base

I will! Am wanting to learn how I can get the following done:

- receive funds privately via fluidkey 
- transfer out privately to e.g. company treasury account or pay someone privately

Bonus if these can be made programmable and on different panic levels

Meaning to treasury -> take ~2 days for anonymity

For employee payments take 5 days to really have a larger set
