Goal being easy devx without cost surprises. Coolify is simple git -> hosted webapp while Otomi is a full Platfrom as a Service

something I feel APL enables me to do is full on automate CRM -> Project Management -> Infrastructure via Webhooks

create teams and assign people assigned to the project automatically and more.

Powerful setup once manual creation takes too much time. Likely premature optimization if I do it now :( - likely fun to play around with though

yep way smaller then otomi and seems to come with most batteries one typically needs.

As I am a overengineer though otomi is lovely :D

also having OpenTelemetry and the Prometheus, Grafana Stack is what I want.

This means I can track frame error messages easily + traces and metrics to analyze performance easily

How advanced are your needs?
For regular cases (eg 2 or 3 repos each with its individual hosting + merging into prod trigger), I find very satisfactory and reliable to set up proper Github Actions, so I can use any provider I want (usually Firebase, GCP or Amazon)

I'd happily not be on AWS. It's been very low overhead so far if you don't over do the overengineering on the K8s

using vercel so far, but debugging and getting the logs etc hopefully is easier with a more tuned ops built.
