rewrote pretty much the whole codebase for my golf game. not recommended for something you will probably never launch! its getting better but this shit is hard. idk how there are so many games. painstaking work. gotta get this sand going up the wall more

ok! sacrificed the fringe for sand walls. but see a path to make it all work together. the onchain generated SVG gets processed to create a feature map, i just need to put a little more work into layering and such to better match what the SVG renders. progress!

for me there's probably some deep nostalgia factor that I couldn't spell out if I had to, but I feel it

part of me thinks going way lower fi would make my life easier but the jagged artifacts are sorta charming? its fun to work with constraints, doing this all in browser is a trip

I like that, or just 1 hole that you can play ever day. Like the challenge aspect tho. Or just 1 hole for leaderboard and then (if not to difficult) a practice feature where people can play same hole unlimited
