New FIP: Storage Lending 

App developers can onboard users for free by "lending" storage. 

Fradulent signups are less of an issue since an app can take back its storage, and ask the user to pay the protocol directly if they want to keep using the network. 

We're very excited about what this unlocks for apps building on Farcaster!
