I wake up my daughter early, who hasn't bathed the day before, and tell her to take a bath and get ready for school.

My daughter told me she had a headache and didn't have the energy to get ready.

I give her a headache pill and tell her that not going to school is not an option.

Five minutes later, she gets into the bath and starts getting ready.

I was driving my daughter and son to school in the heavy rain.
As my daughter got out of the car, she smiled and said she was off.

I would tell her that if she can take a bath and get ready normally, there's no need to fight with me in the morning.
