ever since i started this new routine, not only am i sleeping better, iโm dreaming again (which almost never happened before ๐ ) hereโs whatโs working for me lately: โ up at 7am โ 1hr fasted functional training โ 30min walk to the hub (and back) โ no laptop after dinner ๐คฏ โ bed around midnight still adjusting, but the impact on focus + sleep has been wild ๐ง ๐ค

i'm spending more time cooking dinner but also cooking lunch for the day after then netflix or a book to read :)
