after launch, you're fighting 2 big battles at the same time: 1. PMF, and 2. Token price. I think 2 can be solved by changing the way tokens are used, perceived, vested.

token incentives are similar to performance marketing in web2 - ultimately incentives are great for getting users to trying the product and becoming ambassadors. where tokens fail is not having tokens tied to usage. performance marketing is ultimately necessary in indie games to see if messages resonate with target audience
