Try. Try. Try again. I try to remember that they aren't TRYING to push my buttons. They are certainly trying to manipulate but not in a malicious way. Purely in a sense making way. I try to respond, rather than react. Natural consequences are appropriate. My anger is not. And I apologize when I fall short.

Intellectually all agreed. The monkey brain goes nuts sometimes! I still keep It together but inside very unsettled.
