I've been practicing Colemak-dh on and off for the past 3 months for about 30min a day on keybr.com. Initially tried to do qwerty but found it awkward and not fully benefiting from the ortholinear layout.

I'm only at 60 wpm currently (qwerty I do 100 wpm) and still have to learn numbers and symbols, so I don't have real world data just yet.

I will say though that it feels absolutely fantastic typing this way. The straight shoulders + buttery smooth finger motions (Colemak is optimized for the English language; home row is arstg/mneio, most common letters) + insane portability (I've comfortably typed with these on my lap in cramped spaces while connected to my iPhone) = a truly next level experience in interfacing with computers!
