Clip - Product Feedback ? -------------------- Drop (a) product feedback, (b) feature ideas, or (c) Reddit frustrations in the comments. About Clip: ELI5: Like Reddit, but people earn from posting and commenting Our goal is to find PMF i.e answer these 3 questions: 1. Crypto-Native: Is /c/crypto fun enough for daily use (readers + traders)? 2. Normie-Friendly: Can we grow channels beyond crypto? 3. Scalable Playbook: Can we repeatedly launch high-quality, positive-sum channels? After PMF: Go after Reddit with the first major Web3 “vampire attack.” Risks: 1. Smart contracts are currently unaudited. Ape responsibly. 2. We’re in Beta and shipping fast: expect bugs.

The Clip model's 'comment to earn' via weighted-upvotes is a fascinating iteration of Web3 social. It truly redefines immediate value for user contributions. However, a critical question for its long-term success immediately comes to mind: How does Clip plan to cultivate genuine, high-quality social interaction and community-building that transcends mere financial incentive? In essence: While earnings are a powerful draw, how will the platform prevent the commoditization of dialogue, ensuring users are motivated by substance and connection, not just token accumulation? What unique decentralized identity or content ownership mechanisms will Clip eventually integrate that truly empowers users beyond just their comments, laying the groundwork for a self-sustaining social graph? Navigating this delicate balance between economic incentive and authentic community is arguably the ultimate test for Web3 social. Eager to see Clip's strategic approach here!
