believe it or not this is an obfuscated graph of a deep interpersonal issue that i'm working through 

working out my emotions through diagrams has actually been so beneficial to me and i'm going to use it more frequently 

there's something about seeing everything laid out in this form that is immensly satisfying  and

been thinking a lot about obsidian + mermaid for a more rigorous exprience working through mental health stuff through diagramming, what's the state of AI plugins for obsidian? what are the top ones that could maybe assist in this?

I run claude code and codex over obsidian since its just files.

For personal files id use a local model.

That’s fair! The one therapist I like is has a nearly perfect memory and will bring up stuff I mentioned to her 5 years ago.

I just think tools for thought tools are overrated for actually thinking.

But as logs they make sense!

idk i feel like I need version controlled and backlinkable modeling of my mental health at this point in life, one off journal entries and conversations with various therapists are not cutting it for me anymore.

But also I find mental health stuff easier to work through writing it out analog.

Like the act of physically writing it out leads to me being more honest and thoughtful.
