sometimes the choice is between destroying yourself or destroying yourself and you just have to pick the less damaging path. agency can't be applied to everything. you don't choose all your crossroads. the quiet Incredulousness , the self interested & hastily surmising analysis, the transactionality of consuming strife. destruction is as hollistic as healing. the unknowns unknowns of the mind. lower the bucket into the well again and again. find the next cavern. internalize, detach, observe, reasonate, release. be aware but don't intellectualize. have you breached the surface yet? how many times is it now? is it done? can I take from you what I want now? can you keep destroying yourself in the way that doesn't destroy what I want from you?
