I had o3 do some research and it’s giving me very different advice than my doctor…. I trust o3 and all the paper citations more.

This is fascinating. I’ve been using it a lot for my supplements and it’s amazing how the directions on the bottle versus the directions it comes up with are so much better telling me when to take it with food when not to why food is better or worse in some circumstances and it’s just another layer of Information that would’ve been almost impossible to find via Google.

Yes it seems a lot of medical advice is just based on the average case. Which gets extra skewed by things like not doing enough research on women etc

This is so true. I tell chat gpt. That I suffer from hypoglycemia and to reminder that and now it’s telling me I should change when/how I take some supplements to help stabilize my blood sugar. My doctor tells me to eat cheese. I like the AI more. It remembers and listens to me.
