Specifically for scar prevention I’m given blanket “just don’t workout for 2 weeks after surgery” advice from my doc

But o3 is able to give me very specific advice given what sports I play and how scarring works (and it’s more like a 4 week process)

o3 also recommended a type of incision that minimized scarring that I was able to get my doctor to promise to do.

She then messed it up and didn’t tell me, but I checked with o3 and literature and she did indeed do a different incision type.
