ever since i started this new routine, not only am i sleeping better, iโ€™m dreaming again (which almost never happened before ๐Ÿ˜…) hereโ€™s whatโ€™s working for me lately: โ€“ up at 7am โ€“ 1hr fasted functional training โ€“ 30min walk to the hub (and back) โ€“ no laptop after dinner ๐Ÿคฏ โ€“ bed around midnight still adjusting, but the impact on focus + sleep has been wild ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ค

Revisiting gluten intakes helps too I particular with snoring for some people (=better sleep=better focus)
